Our Service Policy

When things don't work the way they should, we're here for you. Remote support, complimentary service visits, and warranties make sure you can enjoy your tech year round.

Complimentary Post-Install Service

3 Months of Free Service Visits

We want you to enjoy your new systems, not worry about troubleshooting them. Our technicians will come out to your site and perform the necessary steps to get our systems working the way they should, no matter how long it takes. No charge for visits within the first 3 months.

3 Months of Free Remote Support

Sometimes tech issues just need a quick fix. Text, email, and phone support is available for all our clients. If we can't quickly solve your issue over the phone, we'll schedule a service visit. No charge within the first 3 months.

1 Year Labor Warranty

We stand by all our installations. If we didn't install it correctly, we'll make it right. Any devices, cables, or systems that have issues related to improper installation, we'll fix them for no charge within the first year.

Service visits and phone call support are still available to our clients outside of the first 3 months, and are charged at our standard rates.
